Welded picket railing on floor mount plates: rectangular-tube top and bottom rails with capped ends, square-tube pickets at a chosen spacing, square end posts, and any number of intermediate floor mount legs, each standing in a square bolt-down plate with four holes. Length, height, tube sizes, picket spacing, leg height, plate size, hole size and leg count are configurable.
